I am currently a freelance creative administration resource for small businesses across Suffolk and Essex. My responsibilities include strategy, planning, team organisation, creative workshops, email campaigns, social messaging, website updates and management, assessment of value of activities, event planning and hosting plus MUCH more.

Head of Marketing

Responsible for all marketing activity within the business. In addition, I was heavily responsible for additional tasks such as environment development, staff engagement, document control and general office support.

Marketing Manager

My first role in this business was the support of internal teams to achieve marketing focused goals. Project management was a key task, later I became Marketing Manager for a specific hub in the business and went on to win a CEO award for 'Outstanding effort in delivery'.

Account Manager

Here, I was responsible for the maintenance and development of key business accounts. This required I work closely with internal and external persons at all levels in order to achieve complex project outcomes.

Working closely with the business owner, my role is to help plan, map and prioritise all of the wider actions and tasks in relation to the business objectives and communications plan. From calendar creation and asset development to planning sessions and defining the value of these activities - I support the team in whatever they need.

WEARENV - New Vision Marketing

As this established Marketing Agency grows, I have supported the leadership team in understanding better practices for back end management, supported their internal branding exercise and created a series of policies and documentation to ensure they are best placed for best practice!

SEPAT LTD

I am supporting this new PAT testing business by bouncing around new ideas, finding the right spots to share the details of their businesses and creating simple assets such as businesses cards, copy and leaflets. I also help manage their social accounts.

INXPRESS LONDON EAST

Working with Martin and his team, I am delighted to be able to deliver carefully crafted emails and additional comms in order to give their sales plan purpose. Data management and organisation is a key focus on delivery for these guys.

Having worked closely with Infotex (a leading Website and Development agency in Suffolk) for two years, the team invited to act as their marketing lead within the business. I support this incredibly talented small business owner in the exploration of her creative ideas, management of her social media agency (while even producing some content) and helping provide some space for action in her very busy days.

CREDIT CONTROL MANAGEMENT

In direct support for the MD, I manage the the careful delivery of communications to key markets (existing customers and prospects) via social, website, content creation and industry events.

INTERNATIONAL SKILLS MARK

International Skills Mark was established to support educational development and ensure upward mobility within workforce via consultancy with government and other significant bodies across Asia. I collaborated with a trusted web specialist to create a website that could support complex translational challenges. In addition, I support their social planning and content creation whilst also maintaining key business tools including email.

NICHE COCKTAILS

For this lovely team, I was asked to support a number of functions while they searched for a permanent marketing exec team member. From photoshoots to content creation and opportunity mining, we managed to get a lot done in a few months!

Penny was looking to fulfil a lifetime dream of setting up her own small business. To get her started I created a starter logo plus a simple contact and info website. We concentrated on her experience and added appropriate contact information sort was easy to use and manageable for Penny to keep updated.
